Description
In this work out, I started by doing ladders to work on quick feet and for jumping off from the mound. After I threw to warm up my arm, I did wrist flicks for: fastball, change - up, and drop ball. Then I used the weighted ball for speed. Other drills I worked on were: walk throughs, stopping my motion half - way then coming back to do a full pitch, and I did a jump then pitch drill for a quick step off. Next I did normal wrist flicks with my Dad. Finally, I worked on pitching with my full motion. I worked on fastball, change-up, and drop ball, concentrating on hitting the inside and outside corners for each pitch.
