Alexis Quinlan

I have been inspired by many peers, and family members to work hard and consistently raise my skill level. I am working on my softball IQ and athleticism. I feel that I am very coachable. I encourage my teammates to work hard and show good sportsmanship. I believe that every rep counts and when I am on the field that is the only thing on my mind. I work to have a positive mindset on the field and always try to think about the next play. One of my favorite things on the field is watching my teammates succeed and grow with me. It motivates me to be better by knowing my teammates are doing the same. I wish to enjoy every moment I have left of my softball career.
