Zion Ibarra

My name is Zion Ibarra, I was born to first generation college parents. Through their dedication we relocated to Woodlands Texas to give my family the best academic and athletic opportunities. I have been playing soccer since the age of 7 but started playing competitive level at the age of 9. I play primarily as an attacking midfield. I enjoy this position because I like to create plays and it gives me the opportunity to connect with multiple positions on the field, thus allowing me to help the team in a wholistic way. Other interests are programing, art, biology, and orchestra. I do community service; I am also an ambassador for our school UNICEF club. I play club and high school soccer; I am now a three-year varsity letter. As of right now I want to major in medical laboratory science.
