Volleyball is something I'm extremely passionate about. I first played Libero during pick-up games at school during my freshman year, since no one wanted to receive. Soon, I started to notice the change in body language of a hitter who would tip instead of swing, the setter's shift if they were about to dump, and how far a serve would go within seconds. I was able to join club deep into the season, and I'm ecstatic to play at AAUs this June, though I have only 3 months of club experience. I would rather play middle because I can jump high, transition fast, and swing past a block, but I understand that being a Libero is much more important to my team. It would be my dream to play volleyball at the collegiate level.
