Personal Statement
I am Taylor Jacobs, volleyball and tennis player set to graduate high school May 2025. My family and I moved to East Texas from the Willamette Valley in Oregon the summer before my freshman year. In addition to playing volleyball for school, I have played on a club volleyball team every year since I was 8 years old. Upon moving to Tatum I was able to start playing tennis competitively. I competed as a single my first year and in doubles my junior year. I have already started practice for this coming season. I believe I am a well rounded member of the community. I am a member of the National Honor Society. I volunteer with youth programs whenever possible including coaching young volleyball and tennis players.
