Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Skyler Porter. I attend Allegany High School, which is located in Cumberland, MD. I will graduate high school in the spring of 2024. My team won the state championship last year, and I had the game winning sacrifice fly. I play travel ball for Maryland USSSA Pride Elite 18U. My ultimate goal is to continue my softball career in college. I work out and train several times a week year-round. I am planning on majoring in Nutrition. I want to know more about nutrition not only to help myself, but mainly to help others. I am a member of my high school's National Honors Society, and Student Council. I obtain a 4.36 GPA, and I plan to continue to grow as a student, athlete, teammate, and person.
