Personal Statement
Hello, My name is Seli Yamamoto. I am a 2027 and I am a P/OF. I am currently a sophomore at Woodbridge High School and I have made the varsity team and was a starter as well. As a pitcher, I work hard on my spins, especially my curveball which results in many pop-ups and ground outs. I work on spotting all 5 of my pitches and locating them one ball in and out. In high school, I finished off my first season with a second-team all-league and a 404 batting average. I also worked hard on my academics to keep good grades. I work hard to create a good balance between softball and school. My ultimate dream is to play at the collegiate level and major in early childhood education. Thank you for viewing my profile.
