“I Am a Volleyball Player” --- I love volleyball and wish to play at the collegiate level. I work hard everyday to perfect my craft. Volleyball has always been a significant part of my family's life (2 collegiate D1 sisters). I've been around the sport all my life, and recognize the difference between someone who simply plays volleyball and a "Volleyball Player". I recognize the importance of dedication, sacrifice, and teamwork and embody the principals learned throughout the years. I have made tough choices that often involve sacrificing summertime hours with friends for practice and or tournament play, deciding between parents purchasing me a car or playing travel volleyball, and some simple actions such as leaving or missing school celebrations events.
