Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Maya Lee! I play for Raiders Softball (Concord, MA). At Wayland HS, I have unweighted 3.8 GPA, taking Honors & AP classes. I was voted Offensive Player of Year, both as Soph & Jr. Last season, I set school records for most hits (39), triples (7) in a season. I was elected Captain for both as Junior & Senior. I’m also four-year Varsity Swim (Captain Senior year). I swim 200 IM & 100 back, qualified for MA State Meet, placing 3rd in 400 freestyle relay. Elected President of National Honors Society. During the COVID pandemic, I created global foundation called UKAPS (Uniting Kids Against Poverty and Sickness). So far, we have helped over 35 communities in US, Ukraine, Scotland, Israel and Indonesia. In 2022, I was awarded The Rising Star Award by One Step Closer Foundation.
