Personal Statement
My name is Matt Shore, and I'm a middle infielder on Syosset High School's Varsity Baseball Team and Sharks Baseball Academy. Offensively, batting 2 in the lineup, I'm a contact hitter, have a keen eye at the plate, power to all fields, and spread the ball around. In the past two seasons, my batting averages were high with close to a 600 OBP. I’m known be clutch under pressure. I'm a smart, versatile, defensive player with range to play multiple positions. In addition to doing winter workouts with the Sharks, I was also selected to train with Next Level Baseball. I continue to work on increasing my strength and maximizing my baseball skills, some of which are posted on my Instagram account, mattshore14.
