Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Kennedy Joachim. I am a pitcher for the Midwest Speed(based out of Minnesota). I believe that one of the most important characteristics on the field is resiliency. I define resiliency as managing stressful and emotional game situations, supporting teammates regardless of circumstance and finding the grit and emotional intelligence to finish strong. Its hard for me to put into words of why I love softball, its more of the feeling of the journey to become the best player I can be and show my hard work on the field to help my team succeed. I proud to say that I have earned a 4.0 GPA throughout high school. My goal is to continue my academic and softball career at a university that supports my interests in premed with a minor in exercise science.
