Kafia Jackson-Woods

I am a junior in high school and 3rd year of volleyball and club volleyball. My athletic development began at an early age with dance and gymnastics. Basketball and track were the first organized sports I participated in, and because my father is a basketball coach, he has trained and coached me since I was 8 years old. During my first year of high school, I participated in volleyball, basketball and track and quickly realized that enjoyed track and volleyball the most. Although I now longer play basketball competitively, I have found that I am able to use many of the same skills when playing volleyball. I enjoy all forms of art and create projects in my spare time. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, traveling and trying new foods.
