I grew up as a multi-sport athlete focusing on basketball and soccer. As I continued to progress I was encouraged to try out for track as a HS Freshman. Having not been officially trained on form, my frequency was of the charts but my stride was slow to open up. During my Sophomore year both my frequency and form came together. Unfortunately, during training the next week I tore my hamstring and my season ended. Due to Covid I've had minimal opportunities since but I still train daily and workout with a Performance Coach 5 Xs a week.
