Personal Statement
I am a starting center-back for the U16 Girls Academy team at Oakwood soccer club in Glastonbury/Portland, CT. In the fall, I am a starting defensive center-mid on the Norwich Free Academy Varsity girls soccer team. In addition to playing soccer, I am a starting varsity basketball player for my high school. Academically I am an honor roll student with a 3.77 GPA and a member of the Student Advisory Board. My future goals are to play collegiate soccer at a competitive program and pursue a degree in criminology/criminal justice. I am very coachable, hard working, and competitive. I do not believe I am a "flashy" player but I am physically strong, have good vision, soccer i.q., passing, heading, and defending and value being a team player who gets along well with all of my teammates.
