Personal Statement
Volleyball has taught me the values of hard work, discipline, and perseverance and I want to continue my career in college while earning my degree in a STEM field. I pride myself on consistent effort and growth and love the feeling of hard work paying off. I believe that if I do what others won’t today, I will accomplish what they can’t tomorrow. Aside from volleyball, I am an excellent student and a member of the National Honor Society, Rho Kappa Honor Society for Social Studies, and I perform in theatre productions and compete in speech and debate and Irish dance. I also enjoy archery, working out, coffee shops, art museums, visiting and laughing with my friends and family, and spending time with my Coton de Tulear dog named Linus.
