Personal Statement
My name is Evelyn (Ev) Blacha, and I am a Senior attending Reavis High School in the class of 2024. I have been playing volleyball for the Reavis High School Varsity Volleyball Team since my Freshman year. I have been playing for 1st Alliance Volleyball Club since my Sophomore Year. I am primarily a outside hitter for my school and club team, but I have a lot of experience as a Middle Blocker. I love bringing energy to the court, being aggressive at the net, and overall, being a competitor. I really value my academics, and I hope to purse a major in English to one day become an American Literature Professor. I would like to attend a large university, with a high standard of education, that will allow me to play competitive volleyball at the college level.
