Daniel Chewning

I am apart of a family of 6 and have been playing basketball since I was a toddler. My father played college basketball and to this day continues to develop college and pro players. He has taught me everything I know about the sport. Since I was young, I’ve wanted to play basketball at the collegiate level. I’m both teachable and a leader and therefore can be trusted on and off the court. I’m considered a selfless team player who doesn’t mind deferring the ball to make sure others are involved. I currently play both, shooting guard and point guard. I am a strong shooter and a decent ball handler. However, defense is a strong suite and pride myself on being an excellent “on-ball” defender. Lastly, I am continually determined to be the hardest working player on every team I’m on.
