Personal Statement
My name is Coco, and I'm a sophomore at East Grand Rapids High School. I’m an Outside Hitter/Right Side. During club season I play volleyball for Rise Academy, which is part of Michigan Volleyball Academy. I play on Varsity for East Grand Rapids. This season, I had the second leading number of kills. I am also a part of the OK White Conference leadership program at my school. I’ve been playing volleyball since I was 8 years old. Because I love the game so much, I'm always looking for ways to improve my skills. Two summers ago, I started competing in beach volleyball tournaments. And when it comes to school, I work very hard. I am taking honors courses this year and have a 4.0 GPA.
