Personal Statement
I'm Charly Monson! I am currently a Sophomore at Green Canyon High school. I have recently switched positions to Libero but have spent the last 4 years playing Outside Hitter on my National Club team and High School team. I love playing volleyball because I'm always looking to improve my game and volleyball IQ. Its such a fun environment where I get to connect with coaches and teammates. This year I have the opportunity of being a team captain. I'm fortunate enough to have been able to step into this role other seasons in both high school and club. I enjoy being a team leader because it allows me to communicate with my teammates and create a safe space for them. In my spare time I like to read, socialize, sew, spend time with family and travel.
