Personal Statement
From the very first time I stepped onto a field at age 7, I instinctively understood the game of soccer. After earning a spot on the Michigan Fire Select "C" team at age 9, I've been able to progress to the role of co-captain on their national level 07 team. I attribute my growth as a player to my strong work ethic and coach-ability. My aspirations for soccer are to play in college and beyond. I am confident that I can get there. That confidence comes from my focus on taking advantage of every opportunity to become the best soccer player and leader that I can be.
