Personal Statement
Hello I am Briahna and I am a pitcher! I am 17 years old and have been playing the game since I was in 1st grade. I started pitching 8 years ago and fell in love with the position. It takes a lot of hard work and determination to be a pitcher. I think I bring many things to the game but the biggest one is Grit because I never quit. I am proud of what I have accomplished so far but I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of my team and coaches. I hope to obtain a business degree and run my own Beauty Bar and Spa one day. I also wanna give back to my community by teaching younger girls how to pitch. At the end of the day my goal is always to “Be Better” as an athlete and as a person. I strive each day to always Be Better than I was yesterday.
