Avery Moran

My name is Avery Moran and I have been playing travel softball since age 11. I am a pitcher primarily, but can also cover a lot of territory in the outfield. I love throwing movement pitches and can throw a drop, curve, screw, and rise with proper spin. My favorite pitch is the drop ball, my coaches favorite pitch of mine is the curve ball. My biggest strength on the field is my mental toughness and that I am a positive, coachable athlete with a team first mentality. I am a switch hitter and am able to slap left as well. Although I only pitch and play outfield for travel ball, I play short stop and 3rd base while not pitching for my Pennfield High School team. I breathe softball and would love the opportunity to play at the collegiate level.
