Personal Statement
My name is Andre Almonte. I am currently a center mid (8, 6), #66, for the Sporting AC NAL '08 team and part-time for the MLS Next '08 team in Wilmington, DE. I am a 2026 and attend Strath Haven High School where I play varsity soccer. Last year, I played on the Sporting AC '08 MLS Next team and the prior 2 years, I played for the FC Delco ECNL team. My biggest strength is my vision on the field, my technical ability, and ability to connect passes in tight spaces. My biggest passion outside of soccer is drumming. I play the quint drums in my high school's marching band and the drum kit. I am a strong, well-rounded student interested in studying business (sports or music) in college. I would like to play soccer at the highest level I can in college while getting a very good education.
