Personal Statement
My name is Amani Williams, I'm in the class of 2025 and I play for Cal Panthers Primer 16u in California. My jersey number is 18 because it is my sister's favorite number and it reminds me of how she always encourages me to do better and put in more effort. I am able to play anywhere on the field but my main positions are third base, shortstop and right field. My favorite position is right field because I love getting the opportunity to showcase my strong arm by throwing runners out at the plate. Shortstop and Second are fun positions for me to play because I am capable of getting to balls hit in the gaps by diving or sliding to get to the ball. On the field I strive to be vocal, competitive, and a very conscientious player. Thank you for reading!!!
