Amanda Chung

I started playing softball when I was 5 years old alongside my older sister whom I watched fall in love with the sport. I continued playing softball as I bounced around other sports searching for that same passion that she found. I learned different skills from the other sports, but the most important thing I’ve learned was I kept going back to softball because I truly loved playing. Volleyball has occupied my summers and fall in the past but for my senior year, I've decided to commit 100% to softball. My competitiveness pushes me to work hard and perform to the best of my ability in class (Honors/AP) and on the field. Outside of softball and school, I enjoy cheering on my HS football team with my friends, shopping and playing games with my sisters, and watching old movies with my parents.
