Personal Statement

My name is Aiden Welch, I am currently a freshman in high school at White Bear Lake, in Minnesota. I play hockey for White Bear Lake on JV and Varsity in 9th grade. My baseball career has consisted of playing for the Minnesota Blizzard Elite Baseball Club for the past year. With this association I have traveled to Las Vegas, Arizona, Iowa and Florida for tournaments. I was awarded the Loftus Top Hitter award after the Las Vegas tournament. My current pitching speed is 80 mph. I tried out for White Bear Lake High School Baseball but due to COVID-19 teams were not formed. There was hopes I would be pulled up to the Varsity team as a 9th grader. My plan going forward is to focus on academics, continue with the Blizzard Elite Baseball Team and train for hockey and baseball on and off season.
