Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Abagael Taylor. I am a Junior at Shaker High School. I have been playing softball since I was 5 years old and have been on Shaker Varsity's softball team since I was a freshman. Over the years I have learned to play many positions, but I love catching the best. I love running the bases and stealing whenever I get the chance. Outside of softball I cheerlead competitively for Shaker. Our team has won the NYS section 2 championship the past 4 years and this year we came in 4th at states. I was named 2nd team All League for HS cheer in 2023 and was named a UCA All-American for Cheerleading. In my free time I babysit and volunteer coach whenever I can. I enjoy History and writing. I look forward to playing softball in college if the opportunity presents itself.
