Description
This video showcases the last 500m of the race, where I moved up from 4th position to the lead. My final time was 4:45 at 5,300ft altitude, during my freshman season. I also ran my last lap in 69 seconds in this race, which at the time, was a big improvement in my closing speed. I would go on to run 4:39 at 5,300ft altitude as a freshman in the 1600m and a 9:53 3200m at 5,300ft altitude.
