Working on staying LOW IN THE LEGS. Making the adjustment to push the ball with my core and lower half to drive it two inches further over the wall. Cage work followed by intense lower body workout in the gym/lifestyle center.

Working on the new split grip and throwing the barrel for more power. I have. 5 hits this week to the warning track for 5 hits. This weeks goal, power hitting for the fence, not the track.
