Last week I had the amazing experience of playing for the Puerto Rico 18U National Team in Puerto Rico and played against the adult teams from Puerto Rico, Mexico, and US Virgin Islands. Those teams had great players such as Lindsay Lopez (ASU, Washington) from Team Mexico, Jala Wright (Duke), Courtney Wyche (New York Rise pitcher and Maryland standout), and Kenya Pereira (Florida A&M Hall of Fame inductee) from the US Virgin Island Team, among other D1 standouts players. I am proud to say that I hit successfully against some of these pitchers. This is a clip of an at-bat against Lindsay Lopez pitching 69mph.
