Description
I enjoyed participating in this showcase and received very positive feedback from the coaches and a grade of 31/35. Here are some comments from coaches: Athleticism: Covers ground well to close down space, quick in 1 v 1 duels. Ball Retention: Very comfortable first touch, was able to dribble to create space to find a forward passes when pressed, didn’t take extra touches, moved the ball quickly and effectively Passing : Found quick passes into her fullbacks and found good passes into midfield and attacking players to break lines. Ball Striking: Decent technique with her longer passing clipping balls into attacking players. Could work on her technique in driving passes to break seams Offensive Tactical Understanding: Gives good support to her fullbacks and defensive midfielders to release pressure and then quickly finds a forward pass. Good range of passing to keep us in possession Defensive Tactical Awareness: Read when to drop off to cover space in behind quickly, covered for fullbacks quickly and effectively. Stepped at appropriate times to intercept forward passes and apply pressure as forwards received the ball Coachability Awareness: Applied all information given effectively
