Description
My name is Lucia Phanavanh, Lb/DS 3029. I played with 501 Volley 15.1 National in the Nike Mideast Qualifier Tournament. (Mar. 13-15) My team played in the Liberty Division and placed 20th out of 120 teams with a record of 6-4. This tournament I had 122 receptions, 73 sets, 69 digs, and 45 serves. I enjoyed playing against strong competition and learning new skills through experience. This tournament gave me a lot of opportunities to showcase my out of system and defensive abilities, and also allowed me to learn how to lead my team. Events like this help me grow as a player, captain, and teammate.
