Personal Statement
My name is Kelly Blake and I am a rising junior at Medfield High School in Medfield Massachusetts. My school lacrosse team just won the 2022 D3 State Championship game. I was recently voted to be one of the captains for the 2023 season. I made the U16 USA National team in 2021 and 2022, and I am a 2022 USA Lacrosse All American. I have been playing lacrosse since first grade. I started playing for Laxachusetts in 5th grade. I also play on the varsity soccer and basketball team. I have been the Vice President of student government for the past 2 years, and I am a member of many different clubs and activities at my school. I finished my sophomore year with a 3.89 GPA (4.15 weighted GPA).
