NEWBURGH, IN – March, 2017 – Kell Hoops Academy and SportsRecruits have reached an agreement on a club integration, it was announced today. As part of the agreement, Kell Hoops Academy staff and players will receive access to the innovative suite of tools provided by the recruiting platform.

“The SportsRecruits platform provides our athletes with a database of contacts for every college program in the country,” said Brent Kell, President and Head Coach.

“For the next three years, my team will be traveling far and wide in order to get nationwide exposure to college coaches,” said Kell. “SportsRecruits will help our families contact these coaches in advance to maximize those trips.”

SportsRecruits is a technology solution that automatically organizes the recruiting process for club staff and players. With SportsRecruits, players share their athletic stats, academic transcripts, event schedule and video. The Built-In Messaging System connects the club to every college coach in the country.

National Exposure

SportsRecruits will provide Kell Hoops Academy athletes and staff with information about every school in the college basketball universe.

“I have one of the best 15U (sophomore-to-be) teams in Indiana,” said Brent Kell. “Ten athletes, all with the talent to play at the next level.”

“I look forward to introducing them to the SportsRecruits tool which will help them get there,” said Kell.

One of the best features of the platform is putting the tools for success right into the hands of the student-athlete. With the platform, athletes can organize their target lists of schools and personal information, contact coaches and track their progress.

Kell Hoops Academy staff can monitor all of this activity, which ensures that athletes are doing their part in the recruiting process.

Kell Hoops Academy is first and foremost a non-profit, volunteer-run organization. While other programs unfortunately might exploit the hopes and dreams of players and parents with the promise of scholarships and recognition in return for massive participation fees, Coach Kell runs his organization differently.
