Disclosing unnecessary personal information

Walk us through your timeline when recruiting a student-athlete?

Watch a student play. Email or phone call. Campus visit with parents. Overnight visit alone.

How would you describe your coaching style?

A great amount of teaching.

What kind of players succeed at your program?

One who love lacrosse and want to be around it all of the time.

What’s your recruiting strategy going into an event?

Try to watch every team play if possible. You never know where talent may be.
