Press Release

New York, NY – May, 2016 – Bombers Fastpitch and SportsRecruits have reached an agreement on a club integration, it was announced today. As part of the agreement, Bombers Fastpitch coaches, recruiting staff, and players will receive access to the innovative suite of tools provided by the recruiting platform.

“We will be more connected as a group. With over 650 players and 200 coaches in 6 states we rely on technology to help us stay connected,” said Bombers Fastpitch Director of Operations Bo Vinton. “This platform will add synergy to the recruiting process we already have in place and keep things uniform throughout our program.”

“I am excited to merge this new recruiting technology with our current recruiting process,” added Vinton. “This platform will enhance what we already have in place and benefit the player, parent and coaches.”

Accessibility of Information

Vinton, who oversees the daily operations of Bombers Fastpitch and its teams based in Texas, Louisiana, Arizona, Colorado, Mississippi and Oklahoma, recognizes the importance of accessible information for all involved parties – players, parents, club staff, and college coaches.

“Information on our players will be more accessible for our staff, and we can easily relay information to college coaches while on the road or in the office,” Vinton said. “We will also be able to track the involvement of the player and help them identify colleges that will be the best fit for them.”

SportsRecruits is a recruiting management platform built specifically for club sports organizations. The online platform automatically organizes the recruiting process for club staff and players. With SportsRecruits, clubs can facilitate the recruiting processes of their high school student-athletes by giving their players the guidance and tools to take charge of their own recruitment.

“We are thrilled to have Bombers Fastpitch club on the platform,” said SportsRecruits Director Patrick McAnaney. “The tools our platform provides will be a big benefit to club staffers and student-athletes alike.”
