Today’s reading features a new venue announcement for the ACC men’s lacrosse championships beginning next season, a big upset in the men’s DIII ranks and a cool feature on the DiMaria brothers – who play at Duke and Lehigh, respectively.

It’s impossible not to start with the National Anthem from last night’s Bruins-Sabres game in Boston. It is a goosebump-inducing rendition that can’t be missed.

Great story by Justin Lafleur on the DiMaria brothers – Dan and David – who hope to meet in the NCAA playoffs. Dan is a fifth-year defenseman at Duke (via Harvard), while David is a senior attackman at Lehigh.

The ACC announced yesterday that PPL Park in Philadelphia will host the 2014 and 2015 ACC men’s lacrosse championships (semi-finals Friday; final Sunday). It will mark only the fourth and fifth times the 26-year old tournament will be held at a neutral site.

Big upset in men’s DIII action yesterday, as No. 12 Washington College took down No. 5 Salisbury in their annual War on the Shore by a 7-6 final.
