Description
Ashlyn joined Texas Blaze NTX Red-Smith to begin the Fall 2018 season and has made an impact on both sides of the ball. Over the course of the fall season, Ashlyn carded a .500 on-base-percentage, including seven runs on five hits, three RBI, one BB, and three stolen bases. On the defensive side of the ball, she recorded four caught pop flies behind the plate for outs, and one assist to first base. Halfway through the summer 2018 season, Ashlyn is already showing her ability to contribute in the field as well as behind the plate. She has collected a total of 15 outs from playing left, center and right field; nine in center alone over the course of four consecutive games. On offense, Ashlyn has an OBP of .210 including three runs on three hits with one stolen base.
