How to get recruited by Temple University Rowing
Most college Rowing coaches don’t respond to unsolicited emails. It’s important you build a relationship with the coaching staff. This is one of the ways SportsRecruits can help. You can certainly start by filling out the Temple University Rowing’s recruiting questionnaire and getting on their list, but that’s only the start. To get actively recruited, a college coach needs to see you compete, which is why it’s important to have an online athletic recruiting profile. High school student-athletes have a discoverability problem. And discoverability is the key to college exposure and recruitment. Just having a recruiting profile doesn’t guarantee you will get recruited. You need your profile to showcase all of your academic and athletic achievements, and be able to instantly connect to college coaches who are interested. If you can’t quickly find and message any college coach you want, then you’re not solving your biggest problem in getting recruited for Rowing. The Head Coach of Temple University Rowing is Rebecca Grzybowski - make it as easy as possible for them to learn about you as an athlete, and be able to start a conversation with you. 100% of college coaches and programs are on the SportsRecruits platform. Avery McCall (2026) Summer 2024 Highlights
by Avery McCall
Description
Hello, my name is Avery McCall and I am a 2026 Midfielder from Easton, Maryland! I currently attend Saints Peter and Paul High School in Easton and I play for Maryland United Lacrosse Club out of Annapolis, Maryland. I’m a three sport varsity athlete for Saints Peter and Paul. Along with lacrosse I also play soccer and basketball. My lacrosse team at Saints Peter and Paul completed an amazing season which resulted in an E.S.I.A.C championship and a 16-1 record. During my sophomore year I accumulated multiple accolades for my performances throughout the year. These include E.S.I.A.C All-Conference Team for both lacrosse and basketball and E.S.I.A.C All-Conference Honorable Mention for Soccer. I was awarded with MVP of the Women’s Varsity Basketball Team, which were the runners up for the ES.I.A.C Conference Championship. I also serve as captain of the Women’s Varsity Soccer Team at SSPP! Inside the classroom I am a hard working student who always strives to put my very best work on every paper I am given. I was an honor roll student for all quarters of my sophomore year! I am apart of my school’s Student Government Association where I served as 2nd Vice President of the Executive Board. I am very eager to find my new home where I will continue my studies while also playing the sport I love at the next level. This fall you can find me on the Maryland United Lacrosse Club 2026 Team where I wear the #62 on my back! Check out my IWLCARecruits profile to see my upcoming summer schedule. Thank you so much for watching!
