*All Positions* White Knee Pads Invite University of Northern Colorado - Elite Skills Camp May 2017
by Seanna Conklin
Description
After my Colorado Coaches Skills Camp I was invited to come to the UNC's 1st Elite Skills Camp. It was a small intimate camp where there were around 20 some players. Some were transfers from JuCo's and others were around my age. The UNC coach at the CCSC saw me play OH and RS, when I went to their camp I signed up as a Middle. They ended up having me Start off with Setting, then RS, then OH and I moved to Middle for the last part of the game play. There were two of us who they had move to more than our set positions. The other player was a Setter and they had her hit while I was setting. After that they put me in and watched my serving. I am a multi positional player and like to move around. Serving is a strong point of mine. I have a great power serve and a great float serve. Serving is my thing, game point doesn't even phase me while serving! I find out who the weakest player is and I go right at them all day long both hitting and serving.
