Vincent Trueworthy

I started playing lacrosse when I was in second grade and have loved it ever since. Both on and off the field, I strive to be the best version of myself. It's in my nature to constantly challenge myself in all aspects of life. At the core, I am a confident, charismatic, and engaging person. I am an effective leader with strong communication skills, genuine empathy, and a contagious work ethic. I workout and lift on a regular basis while keeping my stick in my hands as much as possible, shooting or hitting the wall nearly every day. Outside of lacrosse and academics, I love to ski, play guitar, and sing. Additionally, I am a trained volunteer for YouthLine which is a teen-to-teen mental health crisis line.
