Softball has shaped my leadership skills and mental toughness. I am unbreakable in the circle, and my team relies on me in critical situations. My ability to remain composed under pressure sets me apart as a pitcher. It stems from being coachable, willing to adapt, and having a strong desire to perform at levels beyond my comfort zone. This resilience will benefit me in pursuing a STEM major. My interests are Biology, Sports Science, and Medical Research, as they align with my passion for science and desire to find cures. I am fluent in Spanish and passionate about promoting the role of women in sports and science. I would be thrilled to attend a STEM-focused, top-ranked school that fosters a sense of community to continue my softball career while also being challenged academically.
