Personal Statement
I am a 2028 catcher/ utility and currently play for Surge Sports Academy 18U in Sacramento, CA. Playing college softball is a dream of mine, and I am very excited for our tournaments and showcases this summer where I will support my team and play in front of college coaches. I have been playing softball since I was 6 years old and love the game because it gives me the opportunity to develop leadership skills as a catcher, challenge myself both physically and mentally, and most importantly, develop lasting friendships with my teammates. When not playing softball, I can be found umpiring youth softball games, playing piano, drawing, and reading books on social injustice to help prepare me for a career as a human rights lawyer.
