Hola! I’m Veronica Dollar & I am passionate & extremely competitive about volleyball. I’ve been playing it since I was 8 years old. I am a Junior in school but a red-shirt Sophomore as an athlete & I’m studying criminal justice/pre-law. I want to be a lawyer. I come from a bilingual family; my mom is from Uruguay/played collegiate D1 Volleyball & my dad is from Texas played D1 soccer. Playing a competitive sport in a team setting allows me to learn about life lessons failures/successes & makes me stronger & more determine to achieve my personal & our team goals. The word quit is not in my vocabulary. In a team setting respecting each other as individuals, coaches, players, & staff is the key to a prosperous and joyful learning environment.
