Personal Statement
My name is Vanessa Alcala, I am a midfielder graduating in 2024. I play for Sporting CA club at the NPL level and Citrus Valley High School. I've been playing soccer for 12 years beginning in recreational league where I discovered my love for the game. Club soccer has been a major part of my life and has taught me to have good work ethic, to be determined, and to push myself in order to grow not only as a player but as a person. My wish is to continue my soccer career and play in a college program where I can be challenged at a new level while contributing to my team.
