Personal Statement
My name is Tyler Krystek and I play 2nd base, shortstop, and center field for Firecrackers Brashear/Hicks 18U Gold. I will graduate in 2025 from Christian High where I was the starting 2nd baseman and awarded Varsity Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All League, and Second Team All East County as a Freshman and First Team All East County and the San Diego City Conference All Academic Team as a Junior. My current GPA is 4.2, which I have maintained while participating in travel softball, Varsity softball, and JV volleyball, as well as volunteering at a local middle school and working part-time in retail. My coaches and teachers have always described me as dedicated, hard working, and a leader. I am hoping to major in nursing and continue to play softball at the college level.
