Personal Statement
Hi, I'm Teuila Halalilo, a sophomore at Archbishop Murphy High School, where I start as both a setter and right-side hitter. I also play for the top 16-1 Adidas club team at WVBA in Lynnwood, WA. I've been playing volleyball since I was six and club since I was 10. My goal is to compete at the highest level in college volleyball, and I’m dedicated to the hard work needed to achieve it.As a setter, I’m adaptable, whether I’m digging, blocking, hitting, or setting up my team for success. Outside of volleyball, I’m passionate about marine biology, criminology, and pursuing a medical career as a pediatrician. I plan to major in one of these fields in college. I believe in a disciplined, persistent approach to academics and sports. Thank you for your time and consideration.
