Personal Statement
My name is Taylor Roughen, class of 2021. I play for Lake Mills High School and the Wisconsin Outlawz. Softball is a huge part of my life and I am hoping to continue to play at the college level. I currently have a GPA of 3.92 and scored a 24 on my ACT. As an athlete, I started on varsity for my high school basketball and softball teams since Freshman year. I made second team All-Conference in basketball my Sophomore and Junior year and made first team All-Conference in softball as a Freshman and Sophomore. I was also voted Most Valuable Player on the high school softball team as a Freshman and Sophomore. I also play for and have been the captain of the Wisconsin Outlawz for five years. My coachability and composure combined with my passion for softball would be an asset to your program.
