Personal Statement
My name is Sydney Costello and I play for Sorcerer Bigley/Everett 18u. I am from Pleasanton, CA and I will graduate in 2024 from Dublin High School. As a freshman, I was a varsity starter and earned All League from the highly competitive East Bay Athletic League (EBAL). This year I was honored to be named team captain. My coaches and teammates would describe me as a hardworking and driven leader. I come from a very athletic household as my parents were both collegiate athletes. I have 3 multi-sport athlete siblings, one of which is a current D1 baseball player at UC San Diego and the other is also playing baseball at the college level. Also, after a stellar career at UCLA, my cousin is currently playing for the Detroit Tigers.
