Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Sydnee Tapper and I am a Junior at Cedar Ridge HS in Hillsborough, NC. I started playing Volleyball when I was 10 years old. I've played several positions on the floor, starting as an OH before moving to DS/L in Middle School. In High School, I was Captain of our JV team my sophomore year and moved up to Varsity mid way through the season. In 2024 I am our Varsity team Libero, and our team is in first place in our conference and in the top 5 schools in Carolina 3A East. I love playing volleyball year round, and played the last season with AIM 18s as a 16 year old. I started sand volleyball last summer as well and earned a bid to Nationals with my partner. I am excited for the chance to play volleyball in college and plan to pursue a degree in Sports Medicine/Kinesiology.
